To begin working in Gazelle, you must sign in. This way Gazelle will recognize you as a user, automatically assign you as case manager to accounts you create, and display the correct accounts on the My Support Accounts and My Training Accounts pages.
This tutorial describes how to sign into Gazelle.
Enter the user name that your administrator provided.
Enter the password that your administrator provided.
Click Sign In.
Hint: If you are unable to sign in, enter your user name and password again to verify that you entered them correctly, including capitalization. Make sure Caps Lock is turned off. If you are still unable to sign in, contact your Gazelle administrator for assistance.
Congratulations. You have signed in. The Case Management Home page will open.
