You may need to make changes to a participant's personal information after you have added them to Gazelle. For example, if a participant has a change in residence, their contact information is likely to change. You can accomplish this by editing their participant information using the Edit Participant page.
This tutorial describes how to edit participant information.
Find the participant using Quick Search, found in the upper right corner of each page.
Select the desired participant by clicking View, which will open the View Participant page.
From the View Participant page, click Edit Participant. This button is located at both the top and bottom of the page. The Edit Participant page will open.
Make the desired changes or additions to the participant's social security number, name, address, phone number, and email address. Fields marked by a red asterisk (*) are required.
Hint: Enter the zip code into the Zip Code field and click Autofill. The City, State and County fields will be filled automatically. After clicking Autofill, you may want to review the information and update it if necessary.
Click Save, found at both the top and bottom of the page. Gazelle does not save any information until you click Save. If you leave the page (for example, by clicking your browser's Back button to navigate to a previously viewed page) you will need to reenter the data when you return to the Edit Participant page.
If information is invalid or required information is missing, Gazelle will prompt you. Enter the missing information or make the necessary changes and then click Save.
Congratulations. You have edited a participant's information. The View Participant page will open.
